All data belongs to the client. We do not claim ownership of any documents, files, or information provided by clients.

Do you use client data to train artificial intelligence models?

No. We do not use client data for training, research, or any purpose outside of providing the service.

What happens when a client deletes data?

When data is deleted, it is permanently removed from our system. We do not keep hidden copies or backups of deleted material.

Do you share client data with third parties?

No. Client data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

Do you keep records of client files or monitor their contents?

No. We do not keep logs or records of the contents of client files. Our system only keeps technical information necessary to keep the service running, but never the client’s case materials.

How do you protect sensitive information?

All communication with our system is protected. Files are stored securely and are not accessible to outside parties. We regularly update our systems to maintain security.
